SUmmary:
Deploy has finally happened (actually happened sometime last night, but I basically finish all the automation stuff this morning).
I have several scripts to deploy the site to neocities, and a backup site.
The process was fairly straight forward, but the ruby installation kept silently failing so after about 4 reinstalls, I finally managed to get the CLI working. I used a curl request to get the API key (but there is supposed to be a way to get it on your profile somewhere).

SUmmary:
So, I’m still playing around with hugo and learning the ropes (particularly theming and different folders’ purpose). I thought it would be appropriate to lay down a site plan (and document progress) as development will likely take a long time and it may help others.
I want this place to be a cute inviting place for me to share my fleeting interests and things I’ve learnt along the way.

Firstly, Welcome!!
I hope you enjoy your stay and the random content I post. Though this site still requests a lot of work, it’s at a stage where I’m happy to start posting.
I’ll be slowing down development on this site to focus on my other billion hobbies (which I’ll be posting about). I will provide a quick overview on how I made this site. The development process, and what is to come.
